Aidpage group discussing "disability assistance"...

Hi,I am stacylynn. I am really in need of an angel right now anyway! by reading my post you can see that I am a Christian (don`t go to church), and I am disabled. To make the long story short. My pain level is going up and I`m waiting for authorization for a new set of teeth:).....I have no immune system and catch things which is mostly skin infection, lymph node problems, nothing big really but they add up.Right now IHSS is letting a lady come 45 minutes a day to care for me,!!! I gotta laugh, she is allowed appx34 hers a MONTH and is suppose to do laudndry HERE IN THE FACILITIES., cook small meals, wash dishes and floors, vacuum Sometime I do get a knot in my hair, except my son took me and had it cut, but its growing out and I am going to need to keep it knotless:)  I cant lift my hands up to brush it real good.  but it I am very much alone. My son will take me to my doctor, but he misses college or work. I was told by my manager that she is concerned about me as I never go out....duhh. I`m not being mean, I just find it funny that I am 50 and live in an elderly facility and cant eat a bologne sandwich!!!  What I need is going to have to be a live in care taker. I sleep alot and I know I wont bother you cause I already like you!!!  I seriously need someone who is a christian or has been looking for a relationship with Jesus and would love to go to heaven! I make crafts to give to others when I am able to sit up. I would love to help someone get a new start on life...I don`t need lifting or bathin, (thank you Jesus)! I live in California, exeter. and just sold the vehicle.  My reason for needing 24/7 help is because of all the meds I take, by bedtime 4-5:00pm, I get a bit goofy I think. But truly I need to think of my dear neighbors who I could burrn up if I left the stove on, especially since I dont cook:)  I try to keep a happy attitude and love to listen to others. I have agrophobia which makes it hard for me to go out.  But my walls are tired of listening to me!  I have known a close friend who wnet to church with me (in the good ol days)...she lived rent free and took care of an elderly lsdy. It became rough work because she needed to to everything for her, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. I would be interested in someone who would maybe like to start some type of craft business on the internet, I don`t know how but I`d like to make a christian web site....anyway you would have plenty of alone time. Well I`m hoping my angel is out there, if not the Good Lord will fix the situation! I love Him and all my faith is in my Jesus!

God Bless,

stacylynn

free money to help pay bills

Dear Butterfly, I know that if you have a local Boys and Girls Club, they will watch your children after school until you get home. My son works at our local Club while going to school full time so as to get his financial aid. It`s rough at times, but time fly by. Be positive and know that the government want to help, it just takes alot of work to find help. Im the end make happy memories and set a good example for your children. Let them know that sometimes we need to let go of our pride to get back on  our feet. There is nothing wrong with recieving help. It IS not a good thing when we see others who just want hand outs. Show them love and set an example for the next generation.

God bless,

stacylynn

Sweet Lady,

Yes things are changing fast and while we can hope for things to get better.  There is a God who has told us thousands of years ago of this exciting time that we live. I say exciting, because very soon we will see Him. Yes we suffer, but it isn`t God`s fault. Pray to Him, give yourself to Him and read His Word.  He WILL guide you to a miracle, weather it be a person to help you financially or send a friend to help you find Him and become closer to Him. For every blessing thank Him day and night and I guarantee you will continue to be blessed. Remember though it isn`t worldly riches we long for. We do need food, rent etc. and Jesus knows this...He also knows what is in our hearts and what it is we truly seek.

God bless and I pray that you come closer to Him.

God Answers Prayer

Precious Sister,

arvoulous blessingWe live in a world of satans making and ruling...we find it difficult to stay in that faith of our Lord, but He promises us these miracles. Many people will lauugh and taunt us. They dont see the miracles in our prayers.  During times of trouble and waiting for Jesus to show up..give yourself over to watchfulness and prayer!!Luke 12:37 says " Christ pronounces a marvelous blessing upon the one who is found waiting when the Lord comes to him". Isn`t this beautiful? What a God we serve! My day`s are filled with pain and agravation from the enemy...but I serve a God who will bless us and one day I hope to have a crown to lay at His feet. I love Him so.

Six Silent Tears

What a beautiful poem

The most beautiful words ever written are in the Psalms and many come from a broken heart. God is the one who comforts and while reading this poem I was reminded of the scripture where it say`s that "God, collects the tears of His children in a bottle in Heaven"> (paraphrased) I try to remember Isaiah 8:17 "I will wait on the Lord... and I will hope in Him." I have cried many tears for many reasons and even though my heart felt like it was breaking in a million pieces, I knew my Lord was with me and would help me.  In the end God will wipe out tears....(Revelation)  Once we learn to have this faith in God, liberty will fill our hearts even through earthly pain.

Praise God and may He bless you.

Blessed is thee, who blessed is she

Dear Blessed,

Do you live in Bakersfield?, Do you attend a church? Sometimes getting started is the hardest part, but you can worship Him and read His Word and He will guide you in the situation you are in. There are many places in california that I know that can help if you live here. Remember that, when it comes to our Lord and Savior we need to keep our minds closed! Simply because if we keep it open, there are other "higher powers" who will come as an "angel of light" to fool you and satan will help people find money or what ever it is they seek as long as they are in a position to loose their precious soul.  Our Lord cares about the tiny sparrow who falls to the ground and dies", He loves you so very much that He knows the very amount of hair on your head and the most loving thing that touches my heart is that His Word tells us..His Love is so great that we cannot count the mant times He thinks of YOU and ME EVERY DAY!  It`s only money we need, we think. But trust in God and you and your children will be taken care of until eternity. Yes, we need to work at finding help to live in this world, trust in Him as you go about looking and when you put your children to bed at night, thank our Lord for such a blessing, I promise He will come through.

Write me back and I will give you the web sites that have helped me. Please tell me more about yourself. God bless.

About Junette

Junette, What state do you live in?  I have been disabled for almost 20 yrs., my son had to leave so that I could reside in an Elderly housing (public). I had to make many changes, but in turn I have made new friends. I am only 50 yrs. old and generally much more ill than the people I live around. It`s difficult at times, but the rent is low and ther are activities and many, many people who can give advice on grants and help.

My heart goes out to you, if you write back I may be able to help you find some web sites to help you. Remember, there are many people who care. Prayer is definately the most powerful thing we have to lead us to the right people or organization...Praise Him for He is Good.

God Bless,

Stacylynn

Government Grants

If you are Ill or have a very good reason for needing a grant, you need to look at it as a job and daily put in applications. They may may be on the computer, but most of the time you will have to show documents, and fill in their application. Look at it like this...if you had money and wanted to help others, you would want to make sure the person was sincere and not just wanting money handed to them. It takes much time but it is worth it and even if we are disabled like I am, ther are things I can do on the computer and phone, most people are very kind and understanding.

Be patient, God bless,

Government Grants

Hello, I am 49 yr. old mom. Disabled and becoming bedridden. I have raised a wonderful son, who is working full time, 2nd. year in College and has been forced to live with relatives (his addicted-father`s family) because my condition requires a housing project for elderly or disabled. I have a helper a few hrs. a week. I was going to mental health to help me cope with my never ending pain symptoms and was asked to leave and come back when my pain diseases was subsided.  I have a lifelong condition that will not go away and the depression is becoming debiliting.  My son has asked me if I can find him someone to help with the depression for the worry he is going through. I attended church, taught Sunday School and had to quit. People don`t understand chronic illness and slowly I have been left as people feel that I "look ok, therefore, I must be ok". I am willing to sell my vehicle and get a live in helper. I would like to very much have an oppertunity to help other`s on the internet who are home bound. I was a medical assistant years ago and have compassion and education.  Mu son surprised me with a 17 in. laptop to work on in bed since I am unable to sit for very long periods. My son is going for a Batchelors Degree and is the most determined young person, he teaches Sunday School, volunteers at food pantry in the summer.  If I could get a hand up to help support myself a little better so my son will not worry, I would be very grateful. I have bouts of depression lately and need friends desperately, especially people who love the Lord.  I know there is something I can do to help others to get my eyes off myself and my pain. I would use a grant to help with housekeeping and set up a mini business and help others in my position. Thank you, and God Bless. Stacy Laurie

About stacylynn

Hi! I am a single, disabled Christian mother. After many years of daily pain and discrimination I have learned to change my way of thinking. Is it difficult? yes. I am 50 yrs old and have been alone since I was 35 yrs. old because of this illness. I have learned to put my trust in God and do what I can, when I can. Applying for help and scholorships for my son`s college was difficult.  But he worked at it and earned 3 Scholorships! I have help, and do worry about my condition as I am becoming bedridden,  But I know that trust and contentment come from my Lord.

Emily Elizabeth Dickenson wrote; If I can stop  one heart from breaking. I shall not live in vain. If I can ease  one life from aching, or cool one pain, or help one fainting robin into his nest again, I shall not live in vain.

My trust is in God. He says in Palms 56:11'In God I will put my trust, I will not be afraid what man can do to me".

Their are many wise people in the world who offer advice.  Don`t ignore, but write down what others say, leave it as your legacy. Be positive and remember "Each difficult moment has the potential to open our eyes and our heart".

God Bless, Stacylynn
